Municipal Court

The Ladue Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Ladue government and a division of the Twenty-First Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The municipal court convenes at 4:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Ladue City Hall located at 9345 Clayton Road, Ladue, Missouri 63124-1587.

The Ladue Municipal Court handles cases filed by the Ladue Police Department and the Ladue Building Department. These cases include traffic tickets, non-traffic summonses (stealing, assault, peace disturbance, possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia, liquor violations, etc.) and building violations.

NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS – All pleadings, including Entries and Motions for Continuance, must be e-filed via casenet.  Paper pleadings will no longer be accepted by the Court.  All requests for recommendations must still be mailed to the City Prosecutor.  For further details, please go the Prosecuting Attorney page.

Payments to the Municipal Court
The Municipal Court accepts cash, check, money orders, cashier checks, and credit cards in person or by mail.  If you have received a violation that is payable online, you may also pay with credit card online.  Please note that if you wish to use your credit card (in person or online), there will be a non-refundable processing fee.

NOTE:  Please allow 7-10 business days for your ticket to be processed.

If you are paying an attorney recommendation  you MUST email ([email protected]) a copy of your signed recommendation. Once the recommendation has been accepted by the court you will be able to pay your ticket online.
