On 7/1/2022 the below link will lead users to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data
The United States Department of Health & Human Services, United States Department of Labor, and US Department of the Treasury have implemented the Transparency in Coverage Rules. These rules require that providers publish In-Network and Out of Network machine readable files, and that the link be provided on a public website without any restriction such as a password or fee.
