Proposition L

What is Proposition L? Prop L is a ballot initiative asking voters to approve a property tax increase of $0.30 for fiscal year and future years, not to exceed $1.00 per $100 of assess property value. Based on average home prices, for most residents in Ladue, the increase will be around $500 per year. Below is additional information regarding Prop L, including a letter from Mayor Spewak.

Proposition L has been placed on the November 2, 2021 ballot.
