      I.        Mayor Spewak will deliver the State of the City address.

    II.        Finance Director Scott Kroenung will provide an update on the newly established ad-hoc committee, created to evaluate revenue opportunities and expense management.

   III.        Public Works Director Anne Lamitola will give an update on Public Works projects, and recent changes to ordinances regarding trees and landscaping.

  IV.        Fire Chief Steven Lynn will give department related updates.

    V.        Police Chief Ken Andreski will give department related updates.

  VI.        Questions and Answers, Trustee Dialogue.
