Opening of Candidate Filing - General Municipal Election

Persons desiring to file declarations of candidacy for any office to be elected at the election may do so between eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, and five o’clock (5:00) p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at such times as the City Hall of the City of Ladue shall be open for business. Declarations of candidacy shall be filed with the City Clerk or her designee. Declarations of candidacy may be withdrawn only prior to five o’clock (5:00) p.m. on Tuesday December 26th, 2023, unless otherwise ordered by the Board of Election Commissioners or a court of competent jurisdiction.
