Building Permits- Please submit permits in person or "Citizen Portal" to our office at 9345 Clayton Rd. The Building Department does not accept permits via email or fax. Your completed permit application should be accompanied by TWO sets of plan documents/construction documents. 

*Effective 1/25/2023, Per Section 118-2 Ladue Code of Ordinances a copy of the Bona Fide Contract will be required with building permits and commercial plumbing or mechanical permits to show project cost. 

*Effective 10/16/18, Per Ch. 120 R105.10 Any plans requiring a building permit for work that alters the exterior appearance of a home or it's accessory structures, or plans required to have ARB approval shall bear the original signature, printed name and date of signatures from subdivision trustees before it is accepted by the Building Department for review. This applies to new homes, additions, exterior renovations, pools, retaining walls, driveways, play sets and any other exterior work requiring a permit.
