The Request for Access to Public Records Form below is provided pursuant to the City of Ladue's Open Meetings and Records Policy. Completion of the Form will expedite the City's response to your request for access to public records under 610.023 R.S.Mo. Building Permits-Please submit permits in person or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to our office, the Building Department does not have a fax machine for receiving permits. Permits with plans for review shall have a completed application and TWO sets of plan documents for review.
*Effective 10/16/18, Per Ch. 120 R105.9.1 Any plans requiring a building permit for work that alters the exterior appearance of a home or it's accessory structures, or plans required to have ARB approval shall bear the original signature, printed name and date of signatures from subdivision trustees before it is accepted by the Building Department for review. This applies to new homes, additions, exterior renovations, pools, retaining walls, driveways, play sets and any other exterior work requiring a permit.
