ALARM PERMIT: A home or business owner's signature is required. An abort code can be obtained in person at the Ladue Police Department. A $50.00 fee is due when applying for a permit. BUILDING PERMIT: Owner's signature and $100 deposit or the actual permit cost, whichever is less, is required. You will be contacted by the building department when the permit is ready and the total amount due. If you have any questions, call Jim at 993-3439 or e-mail building@cityofladuemo.gov. BUSINESS LICENSE: Required before a business opens. Completed and notarized form with payment should be submitted to the Ladue City Hall. If you have any questions, calll Kathy at 314-993-3439 or e-mail finance@cityofladuemo.gov.

RETAIL BUSINESS: ESTIMATE GROSS RECEIPTS FOR THE REMAINING CALENDAR YEAR.

SERVICE BUSINESS: BASED ON SQUARE @ $ .10/SQUARE FOOT - MINIMUM $50 FEE.

OCCUPANCY PERMIT: is required before the business opens. Form is to be completed and delivered to Ladue City Hall. No fee is due. Call Kathy Lockwood, 314-993-3439, the day before you are ready for an inspection. Final inspection on a building permit must be done befor the occupancy inspection.

SIGN PERMIT: The building owner or lessee and applicant's signatures are required. Two sets of plans are needed (site plan and a descriptive drawing of the sign). No fee is charged.
