The Finance Department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the City's financial affairs. Responsibilities include: collection of tax payments, preparation of the annual budget, reviewing the City's investments, provide financial forecasts to the City Council, risk management, payment of expenditures and work with outside accountants for the annual audit. This Department also processes licensing for all businesses, garage/estate sales, charitable solicitations, liquor sales and alarm systems.
