Privacy Practices (HIPAA) Statement: [Ladue Fire Dept.] will create a record of the care and services you receive to provide quality care and to comply with legal requirements.  [Ladue Fire Dept.] is required by law to keep medical information about you private, to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to medical information about you and to follow the terms of the privacy practices notice that is currently in effect.
