Curfew - It shall be unlawful for a minor under the age of 17 to be out unsupervised between the hours 0f 11:00pm and 6:00am Sunday through Thursday except on Fridays and Saturdays when the hours shall be 12:00 midnight and 6:00am.
Barking Dogs - It shall be unlawful for the owner of a dog/animal to allow it to bark or make continuous noise that can be heard in excess of 100 feet.
Leash Law - The City of Ladue does not enforce a leash law, unless an animal that is running at large creates a nuisance on another's property. Contact the Police Department for further details on the nuisance ordinance. Note: St. Louis County Park Rangers do enforce a county leash law ordinance when inside Tilles Park.
Trash Collection - It shall be unlawful to collect trash within 100 feet of a residential area between the hours of 8:00pm and 8:00am.
Noise - The playing of music, radio, or other musical instruments shall be deemed excessive if it can be heard at a distance more than 100 feet from its source, particularly during the hours of 8:00pm and 7:00am.
Construction Noise - It shall be unlawful for anyone to conduct or permit any construction work within 100 feet of residential areas except between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. All such activity, which produces noise, is prohibited on Sunday.
Soliciting - It shall be unlawful for anyone to go to private residences in the City without prior invitation or request, soliciting money or financial assistance or selling any article or service with the exception of a few groups and organizations. (Contact City Hall for those exemptions.)
Unruly Conduct - It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, maintains, leases or is otherwise in possession or control of any real property to permit or allow persons to conduct themselves in a loud or unruly manner.
