The Ladue Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Ladue government and a division of the Twenty-First Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The municipal court usually convenes at 6:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Ladue City Hall located at 9345 Clayton Road, Ladue, Missouri 63124-1587.
The Ladue Municipal Court handles cases filed by the Ladue Police Department and the Ladue Building Department. These cases include traffic tickets, non-traffic summonses (stealing, assault, peace disturbance, possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia, liquor violations, etc.) and building violations.
Attorneys who would like to receive a recommendation will need to mail the following directly to the court administrator:
- Entry of Appearance
- Request for Recommendation
- Self-addressed Stamped Envelope
Recommendations are usually mailed back to attorneys two weeks after the court date. Attorneys call is at 5:00 p.m. on court night. No faxes will be accepted.
The court office will close at 2:00 p.m. on court day and reopen at 5:00 p.m. for attorney’s call.
Directions:
From the West: Take Highway 40 East to the Lindbergh South exit. Merge onto Lindbergh Blvd. and make a left onto Clayton Road. Ladue City Hall is approximately 2 miles on the left side of Clayton Road.
From the East: Take Highway 40 West to the McKnight Road exit. Go North on McKnight Road to Clayton Road and make a left. Ladue City Hall is approximately one mile on the right side of Clayton Road.
