Administration

The Administrative Department comprises the administrative, building, court, and finance operations of the City. Under the direction of the Assistant to the Mayor / City Clerk this Department is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City including personnel administration, technology support, contract oversight, and public records.
This Department maintains all official City records, prepares and distributes City Ordinances and resolutions, meeting notices, agendas, minutes and filing of official notices. In addition the City Clerk accepts filing for candidacy in municipal elections, officially swears in public officials and employees and is the custodian of records and the Seal of the City. The City Clerk also issues liquor licenses and sign and solicitor permits
HOURS OF OPERATION: The Ladue City Hall is open for business Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, except for Holidays.
